National Voter Protection Action Fund

We are a non-partisan social welfare organization formed to combat voter suppression and support election protection efforts nationwide.

NVPAF partners with local organizations across the country who are doing crucial election protection and anti voter-suppression work. We fund their election protection field plans and help them advocate for and organize around anti-suppression policy. Join Us

In 2018, 80% of Georgia voters blocked by the state’s “exact match” voter registration law were people of color.

Voter ID laws hurt Black Voters

25% of Black Americans otherwise eligible to vote do not have a current government-issued photo ID.

AT LEAST 6+ MILLION VOTERS AFFECTED

Felony disenfrancisement prevented more than 6 million people from voting in the 2016 presidential election.
